2017 SoNY Sustainability Conference Vendor Information

Just a few details on Vendor Registration and what exactly it includes:

  • Tabling / booth space (includes: table big enough for two chairs (5-foot table), table cloth, table skirt, two chairs)
  • Logo and company name in the printed program
  • Logo and company name would appear in the online agenda / program page
  • Logo and company name in MS Power Point slide deck at opening and closing of the conference. (Opening lunch November 15, evening reception event, closing lunch November 16)
  • Two complimentary parking passes
  • Two complimentary Professional Conference Registrations for both Wednesday, November 15 and Thursday, November 16 (includes: lunch, snack and evening reception on Wednesday November 15 and continental breakfast, break, and lunch on Thursday, November 16)
    •  NOTE: complimentary registration MUST be registered separately from this vendor registration.
